All of our cleaning professionals are trained and insured. We practice rigorous vetting and background checking services before any of our professionals even set foot in a home or workplace. We respect privacy and understand the value of having someone in your office you can trust after hours. We have supervision checkpoints in place to ensure your safety, privacy and valuable items.

We ask that you pick up any items that are sensitive and store them in a place that will protect them from any chemicals that may be introduced in the cleaning process. Any items left out will be untouched and may hinder our ability to properly clean specific areas.

We will do our best to work with you on your schedule. We will also do our best to keep the cleaners in a particular patterns. We are also willing to work with you if you have special events or if something changes.

We value respect above all. If something happens we will work with you to repair or replace the item if possible. We are fully insured so claims are filed when appropriate.

We strive to be as consistent and thorough as possible every time we visit. This is what helps us set ourselves apart from the competition. Occasionally miscommunications may occur or a mistake may be made. When this happens please contact us directly and we will correct our mistake at no extra charge.
